How to join

Scan the QR code at our stores with LINE, or tap: Join now
After adding our official account as a friend, tap "會員卡 (Member Card)" in the menu and complete the one-minute signup.

Haven't joined yet? You won't miss a thing

Every online order is on record — sign up with the same email or phone number you used to order, and your past purchases and points attach automatically.

Earning points

  • Earn 1 point per NT$100 spent (at our retail stores and online store alike)
  • 1 point = NT$1 off
  • Points earned on a purchase can be used from your next purchase
  • Points are valid for 12 months; we'll remind you via LINE 30 days before expiry

Membership tiers (based on rolling 12-month spend)

  • Member: 1x points
  • Silver: NT$10,000+, 1.5x points
  • Gold: NT$30,000+, 2x points

Upgrades take effect immediately, with exclusive Silver and Gold perks.

Using your points

  • In store: show the QR code on your member card at checkout
  • Online: redeem a voucher (100 / 200 / 500 points) on your member card, then enter the discount code at checkout (minimum spend equals the voucher value; valid for 90 days)

Birthday gift

200 points automatically on your birthday, with a LINE notification.

Terms

  • Points and membership are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Points from returned purchases will be adjusted accordingly
  • We reserve the right to modify the membership program; changes will be announced on this page
